The latex yarn provides graduated compression — firmer at the bottom, lighter at the top. Bamboo charcoal fiber keeps it breathable and cool enough to sleep in. Spandex gives it stretch and recovery so it holds its shape night after night.

No. The sleeve is 60% latex yarn, which is the main structural material. If you have a known latex allergy or sensitivity, this product is not safe for you. We recommend consulting your doctor about latex-free compression alternatives.

Four sizes. Measure around the center of your kneecap while standing with your leg slightly bent. Use a soft tape measure — not a ruler.

Between sizes? Go with the larger one. A sleeve that's slightly loose is better than one that cuts off circulation overnight.

Yes. It's designed for overnight use — that's where it makes the biggest difference — but it works during the day too. Thin enough to wear under trousers without anyone noticing.

Snug — like a firm hug around the knee. You should feel gentle pressure, especially around the lower part of the knee (that's the graduated compression doing its job).

If it's cutting into your skin, leaving deep red marks, or making your foot tingle — it's too small. Go up a size.

If it slides down easily or bunches behind your knee — it's too big. Go down a size.

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and lay flat to air dry.

If you machine wash: use a mesh laundry bag, cold water, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron. Heat breaks down the compression fibers over time.

With a 2-pack or 4-pack, you can rotate sleeves so you always have a clean one ready.

Everyone is different. Some people feel a change after the first night. For others it takes a week or two of consistent overnight use.
